In the journey of healing, we find our way,

Through the darkest of nights, to a brand new day.

With each step we take, we release the pain,

And embrace the light, to heal and regain.

In the depths of our wounds, we find the strength,

To mend the broken pieces, to go to any length.

With gentle hands and open hearts, we mend,

Stitching together our souls, to transcend.

With patience as our guide, we learn to let go,

Of the burdens we carried, the scars that still show.

We cleanse our spirits, as if washing away,

The remnants of sorrow, in the healing spray.

The journey is not linear, with twists and turns,

But we persist, knowing that in our heart burns,

A flame of resilience, a spark of hope,

That within ourselves, we'll learn to cope.

Through self-reflection, we find inner peace,

Letting go of resentment, finding sweet release.

Forgiving ourselves, and those who caused the pain,

We find solace in healing, like gentle rain.

So let us embark on this journey of healing,

With courage and grace, our wounds gently sealing.
