Healing Grief with Breath and Sound Healing

In the quiet of the morning, when the world is still asleep

I sit alone in silence, my grief so buried deep

Each breath I take is heavy, weighted down with pain

I long for something to soothe me, to bring me peace again

I close my eyes and listen, to the sounds that fill the air

The birds outside my window, the rustling of the trees

I let their melodies wash over me, like a gentle breeze

And slowly, ever so slowly, I start to feel at ease

I focus on my breathing, in and out, in time with the song

I let the rhythm guide me, help me move along

Each inhale brings me comfort, each exhale sets me free

I feel the weight of sorrow lift, like leaves off a tree

I let out a sigh of relief, as I release my pain

I feel the healing power of sound, washing over me like rain

I let it cleanse me, purify me, restore my weary soul

I let it heal me, renew me, make me whole

As the sun starts to rise on the horizon, I feel a sense of peace

I know that I am stronger now, that my pain will slowly cease

I will continue to breathe and listen, to let the sound heal me

To let the music of the world around me, set my spirit free

So if you ever find yourself lost in grief and despair

Remember the power of breath and sound, the healing magic they share

Let them guide you through the darkness, lead you back to the light

Let them heal your broken heart, and make everything right

For in the quiet of the morning, when the world is still asleep

There is a healing power waiting, for you to take and keep

So breathe in deep, and listen close, let the sound wash over you

And know that you are loved, and that healing is possible too.
