Victors of darkness, we stand tall, Offering our hearts, we heed the call, With courage and strength, we vow to fight, Together we'll spread love and light. Seeing the world through a lens of hope, Pledging to help others to cope, Reaching out with kindness and care, Extending our hands to those in despair. Always striving to do what's right, Determined to bring forth the light, In every action, big or small, We'll be there to answer the call.

Start with the breath, so simple yet profound, Inhale the peace, exhale the chaos around, Feel your chest rise and fall with each breath, Let go of worry, fear, and death.
