Tell me your worries, cast them like shadows, Every burden weighs heavy, it’s true, Let my ears be the refuge for your heart, Lay down your fears, allow them to undo. 

In the depths of shadows, I find my light, A whispering strength that ignites my fight. Moments of doubt may cloud my way, Nurturing hope with each passing day. Over the mountains of despair I climb, Tenderly woven with purpose and time. Boundless the spirit that lives in my soul, Resilient and fierce yet gentle and whole. Open to healing, I mend and I grow, Knowing each scar is a mark of my glow.

Breathe deep, as the world slows its pace, Releasing the heaviness, letting it trace. Embrace the sensations, both tender and raw, Acknowledge the struggle, the silent heart's law. Take a moment to feel, let the emotions rise, Hold them close, under the vast, open skies. Every heartbeat tells stories of fear, Inhale the lessons, exhale the tear.

Rising up from the depths of despair, Enduring trials that seem too unfair.  Memories of battles we dared to fight, Mindset of champions, fueled by the light.  Beneath the pressure, we find our might, Every heartbeat echoes, ready to ignite.  Reclaiming our purpose, one step at a time,

I am learning that balance is not stillness. It is not silence without weight. T is not the absence of pain. Balance is the pause between tightening and letting go, the moment my breath remembers it does not have to run.

But behold! The tide shifts, Clouds gathering ominously overhead, The laughter fades into hushed tones, As waves of sadness crash like thunder, Heavy, relentless— Rolling in with the weight of memories, Like driftwood strewn upon the shore, Haunted by whispers of what once was. 

In the quiet hum of the late hour, the world drifts into an embrace of shadows, where echoes of laughter play hide and seek, where whispers of pain linger in corners, uninvited guests at the feast of my thoughts.  The moon, a silver watchful eye, bears witness to the unraveling of time. 

As I sat by the river's edge, I felt a presence, a silent pledge, A blue heron gliding through the air, A graceful dance, beyond compare.  Its elegant form, a sight to behold, A symbol of peace, ancient and old, I felt a connection, deep and true, As if it knew just what to do. 

With Sagittarius Moon above, We find the strength to push and shove, Through the challenges that we face, And emerge with grace and poise and embrace.  Sagittarius Moon, so wise and strong, Teaches us to rise above and carry on, With positivity and optimism in our hearts, We can heal our wounds and mend our parts.
